Attention middle school parents,

On Friday March 31st, Fairport will be hosting a middle school dance for 6th-8th graders from 4pm-6pm in the FHS Main Gym.  This is a free event. The formal invitation can be found in your email.  Parents will need to fill out the Google Form posted below.  This form is the permission slip for children to attend. Students will not be allowed to attend if the form is not completed.
