Nutrition Services (Updated 4/6/20)

We realize that many of our students rely on breakfast and lunch that they receive each day at school. We have updated our nutrition plan for the remainder of the mandatory school closure that ensures that students who need these meals will be able to get them.

We are following guidance from the health department to limit exposure and maintain social distancing. Staff will pass out meals at the Harding Jr/High School, Vine Street entrance near the Fairport Library. A Riverside/Fairport staff member will come to your car to get your student's names and then bring the meals to you. Students do not need to be present, and we would prefer only one person per family to come to pick the meals up. The meal pick-up plan is to protect both staff and families. The school district will provide meal pick-ups on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the duration of the state-mandated school closure.

Important:  Children from birth to age 18 may receive meals offered regardless of enrollment.  Please do not exit your car; a staff member will come to your vehicle to pass out the meals.   Thank you!
