PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Michael Chipps

Fairport, senior
Chipps finished his senior year with a bang, rolling a 689 at the Division II state tournament to place seventh among individuals. He also helped lead the Skippers to a runner-up finish in the team tournament. Chipps tied for 19th at the D-II Nautica District with 599 pins and placed second at the Wickliffe Sectional with a score of 609.

COACH OF THE YEAR
Jerry Rich, Fairport
The Skippers continued their run of area dominance through the 2019-20 season, a campaign that culminated in a runner-up finish at the D-II state tournament. Four of Rich's bowlers placed among the top 26 at Wayne Webb's Columbus Bowl. Fairport picked up the Nautica District title by 109 pins and rolled up a 3,996 team score at the Wickliffe Sectional to claim that championship by a 563-pin margin.

FIRST TEAM
Ryan Chipps, So., Fairport
A key cog on the Skippers' state runner-up team, Chipps rolled 638 to finish 12th at D-II state; 9th at Nautica District with 622 and rolled 608 for 3rd at Wickliffe Sectional


Connor Hulett, Jr., Fairport
Placed 24th at D-II state with 603; knocked down 349 pins to finish 45th at Wickliffe Sectional

Joe Justinger, So., Fairport
Rolled 600 to take 26th at D-II state; tied for 19th with 599 at Nautica District and rolled 647 to win Wickliffe Sectional title
