University Hospitals Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute, with the support of the Make Them Know Your Name Foundation, Kaulig Companies, and the Cleveland Browns, are happy to provide a BRAND new AED to Fairport Harding High School for completing the AEDin3 challenge!
University Hospitals Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute, with the support of the Make Them Know Your Name Foundation, Kaulig Companies, and the Cleveland Browns, are happy to provide a BRAND new AED to Fairport Harding High School for completing the AEDin3 challenge!
The AEDin3 challenge is an initiative led by University Hospitals to make our school athletic facilities safer by ensuring quick access to an AED. AEDs drastically increase the odds of survival for individuals who experience cardiac arrest.
Thank you to University Hospitals Certified Athletic Trainer Molly Zolcak for completing the challenge and to Jamie Hart with UH Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute for coming tonight to present the new AED. This AED will be available during athletic events and will be installed outside by the football field during fall 2024 sports season. There is also an AED in the gym hallway by the concession stand. Our trainer Molly also carries an AED with her during athletic events.
