Hello! My name is Heidi Elmore and I am the Academic Coach at McKinley Elementary School.  Throughout my past 10 years at McKinley, I have worked in Title 1 Reading, Kindergarten and First Grade. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Lake Erie College in Early Childhood Education.  I have also received my Master's in Reading from Ohio University and I am currently working on my second Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.   I am honored to work at such an amazing school, with such an amazing group of students, parents and staff.
