Virtual Public Participation Request Form
The Fairport Harbor Exempted Village Board of Education values its engagement with the community and believes that providing an opportunity for public comment during Regular Board Meetings supports that engagement and provides transparency. Though proving an opportunity for public comment is not a requirement, we would like to continue this practice even while meeting virtually. In the spirit of maintaining this opportunity for our public to participate in these virtual school board meetings, interested persons may submit written public comments via this electronic form. The Board will collect the public participation information up to one hour before the Regular Meetings for inclusion in the meeting.
Please click this LINK to complete a request.
Effective September 16, 2016; Fairport Harbor Exempted Village School and the Board of Education will be changing its standard of operation with regards to the Board of Education Meeting notification. In order to ensure that public notice is being displayed to all, we will no longer send out individual emails for the upcoming Board of Education Meeting which displays the Board Agenda. The “Board Agenda” link will be publicly displayed on our website, www.fhevs.org, under Departments/Board of Education. The link will access the most recent Board Agenda available. Typically, an updated Agenda will be made available on Saturday prior to a Tuesday Board meeting. Thank You.
