Degrees and Certifications:
Danielle has been in the field of education for 20 years, having spent the first half teaching chorus, general music, and theater in New York and then Arkansas. She received her Bachelor of Music from SUNY Potsdam, The Crane School of Music, in Potsdam, NY and holds a Masters of Music Education from Five Towns College in NY. After relocating to NEO in 2010 she started working as an adjunct professor at Kent State Ashtabula and private lesson instructor at Rabbit Run. She is very active in local community theater - sometimes performing on stage, but more frequently music directing/conducting or playing woodwinds in the pit orchestra. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her elementary-aged daughters, Emmalynn and Coraline. She is happy to be able to share her love of music and singing here at McKinley!
