    Teacher Encouragement

This was my first year working in the summer bridge and I was very impressed with what the program had to offer.  The students were able to experience a lot of outdoor activities led by the Metroparks and take some really great field trips.  Additionally, students had time to become familiar with their new building and get a sense of where all their classes are.  I think the program is so valuable that I would encourage all incoming sixth graders to check it out.
