Monthly Board Meeting — Recovery Institute of Southwest Michigan, Inc.

The Fairport Harbor Exempted Village Schools Regular Board of Education Meetings and work sessions will be held in the Harding Auditorium, located at 329 Vine St. Fairport Harbor, at 6:00 p.m.   All Board meetings are open to the public, and guests are welcome to attend the meetings in person.  Available space is first-come, first-served.  There will be a Zoom link available for guests to view from home.

SPECIAL MEETINGS

Fairport Harbor Exempted Village Board of Education will be conducting special board meetings, typically held at Harding High School, specifically in classroom 107, starting at 6:00 p.m.

Special Meeting Dates and Locations 
January 29, 2025, 6:00 p.m. located in the Harding Auditorium 
 

Special Meetings: A special meeting may be called by the President, the Treasurer, or any two members of the Board by serving written notice of the time and place of the meeting upon each Board member at least two days before the date of the meeting. The notice must be signed by the officer or members calling the meeting. Notice by mail is authorized. The Board will post advance notice of the time, place, and purpose of all special meetings on the District's website. Notice of the time, place and purpose is also given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to all news media and individuals who have requested such notice.  Notice for each meeting shall be posted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the meeting in a manner such that the notice can be viewed from the outside of the School Board’s central office when the building is closed.
