Harding Lunch Information
Harding Lunch Monitors will assist with lunch supervision.
The students who are buying their lunch will need to get their lunch in the cafeteria then move to their designated eating spot.
In 2018 we started with some changes in our high school kitchen, including a new manager, Mrs. Becky Darida. Ms. Becky has worked hard to develop a rapport with the students and offer a variety of choices at breakfast and lunch each day. Participation numbers are up and families seem to be taking advantage of the lunch program in the district. It is our goal to provide students with healthy, enjoyable options for the meals they eat at school.
We want to make parents aware of the payment and charge policy at the high school so everyone is informed going forward. There is no charging of a la carte items or breakfast at the high school. If a student comes to school with no money and no packed lunch, a courtesy lunch will be provided to them with the expectation that those monies would be repaid the next day. If you think your family may qualify for free or reduced-price meals, you can use your Infinite Campus Parent Portal (Main Menu, More, Meal Benefits). Or ask for a paper copy in the office.
At Fairport, we are so lucky to have such a fun, caring cook! Check out some recent photos from the Harding lunchroom for Halloween!
